Opportunity Identification 2: A Deeper Dive
Select 1 of your product ideas and redo the Opportunity Identification, but in more depth. Literature searching and meeting with potential users should be done to identify:
List of All Groups Impacted by the Project Including: Customers, Sales, Distributors, Installers, etc.
High Risk Technical Areas and Possible Risk Reduction Tests
High Risk Marketing Challenges and Possible Minimum Viable Product
Early adopters for your product, be as specific as possible (age, gender, career, hobbies, ethnicity, etc.)
Customer Discovery of at-least 3 potential customers or users (make sure to view Steve Blank videos first). Summarize what you learned on your webpage.
Sources of Income (include estimates of quantity and dollar amounts if possible)
Literature Search Results and Relevant Links
