Opportunity Identification 2: A Deeper Dive

Select 1 of your product ideas and redo the Opportunity Identification, but in more depth. Literature searching and meeting with potential users should be done to identify:

• List of All Groups Impacted by the Project Including: Customers, Sales, Distributors, Installers, etc. 

• High Risk Technical Areas and Possible Risk Reduction Tests

• High Risk Marketing Challenges and Possible Minimum Viable Product

• Early adopters for your product, be as specific as possible (age, gender, career, hobbies, ethnicity, etc.)

• Customer Discovery of at-least 3 potential customers or users (make sure to view Steve Blank videos first). Summarize what you learned on your webpage.

• Sources of Income (include estimates of quantity and dollar amounts if possible)

• Literature Search Results and Relevant Links

• Summary
